I found the support team to be very quick to respond to general support related enquiries, either through the chat or through email. On the other hand, my technical related questions on the content were left unanswered. I found the course material somewhat difficult to follow, and a lot of specific terminology used which means to fully understand I did need to go over and above the course content and do my own further research. I felt like maybe if I did the live interactive session that would have provided me with some additional support for my technical questions.
On overall, I found the content structure to be good and gave me a good understanding of the subject matter.

I participated in the certified metaverse expert training which was something I couldn’t get online from a reputable platform not until i saw blockchain council. The overall experience is 100. Thanks to pranav our facilitator that see us through.

Courses & certifications have wide options, and the content is more than valuable. The downside is that Blockchain Council has no client service at all. Whenever you are taking an online live course, there is nobody there to assist you.

I’ve been following Blockchain Council for some time now and decided to pull the trigger on some classes to better myself. I took the ChatGPT expert class and it went over the different types of AI and ChatGPT. Definitely recommend spending the money and taking it.
