Love the designs but unable to wear earrings or even get them through my lobes due to non tapered, blunt ended posts on back. I wear earrings all the time and have never had a problem before. Given the price, I've emailed company twice but so far, have received no reply. On this basis, I can only award one star I'm afraid.

Happily I am now able to add to this review more positively; customer service has been in touch and has promptly resolved the problem - to my satisfaction.
