Just an excellent company with fab people working there! I explained what was wrong and what part I thought I needed - they looked through their stock and found it and I had by the next day. This was a spare for a Xerox printer that xerox couldn't even find!!! Lovely people to deal with and also great at guiding over the phone - would definitely recommend (still waiting for my certificate!!! :) )

"A reputable company"

A reputable company. I ordered a part for my Konica Minolta Digital press that was difficult to find in the US so I searched worldwide. After reading several reviews giving this company high marks, I felt comfortable placing my order. Unwittingly, I made the mistake of choosing the least expensive shipping option which is Royal Mail Standard International. I was unaware that this would not include a traceable international tracking number. The shipment did not show up by the expected date so I notified the sales department at Xentair. I promptly received a reply from the company director addressing the issue. He followed up the reply with a refund for the the part and shipping. Several weeks passed and the part eventually showed up. The delay may very well have been in US customs or the US postal system. When I contact the director at Xentair to let them know I received the item and that I would happily pay the invoice, I received a reply stating that it was "on the house" since it took so long. I really believe that this company care more about their customers and the service they provide than anything else. I strongly recommend choosing them as a vendor.
