"Scammers"

Bought a shirt described as new, photos showed it as with the tags still on. Shirt arrived and was clearly in second hand condition, marks on it and no tags. Asked them for a refund and was told that the tags were still on it when they sent it so they wouldn't take it back. Scammers, avoid.
In response to the reply, I obviously didn’t cut the tags off. Why would I order a shirt from Portugal to Ireland only to tamper with it and try to return it? I sent photos of the black marks on the shirt to the website. The shirt wasn’t in the condition I ordered it in and I’m not sure why that was, but under any normal website’s rules I would have got an apology and a refund for the shirt, not accused of lying.
(Another reply) - The seller here is continuing to accuse me of lying when I've been asking him all along why the shirt I bought arrived not as it was described on the website. This is against EU law on consumer rules and I'm currently in touch with the European Consumer Centres Network about it.
