"Very dubious company"

I placed an order in the shop on March 2, 2020. To date (July 14) I have not received any goods and my inquiries remain unanswered. Very dubious company. Hands off.

Read bad reviews so phoned to make sure they would deliver, spoke to a very polite and courteous man who explained they had a problem before and NOW had been sorted. My 99.99% cleaner came 4 days earlier than expected, they used Hermes delivery Really pleased with this UK company for Efficiency of Delivery of Goods Thanks Trade Chem

"They doubled their prices and then never sent me my stuff"

Ordered some rubbing alcohol (hand sanitiser) because every local shop had sold out. Between putting it in my cart and completing payment it doubled in price, probably due to the COVID19 situation. This should have been my first warning, but I went ahead with the purchase and am now kicking myself.

It was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. After 7 days I sent them a message via their website and got no response. A few days later I went to their facebook page and asked, got an immediate response saying they'd look into it. Heard nothing for a few days - now their facebook page has disappeared! I've sent another message and will call them today.

Having read the previous review on here about a dispatch email where no dispatch has occurred I'm pretty sure that they haven't attempted to send me anything and have just not done the necessary customer service (contacted me and sorted the refund).

All I want is a refund. I don't have enough money to just be giving people £20 with no actual product to show for it. I even chose them because they're local-ish to me - both based in the North West. So disappointed.

"Appalling experience"

Appalling experience. Here's the timeline:
4th March - Placed order via Amazon; Trade-Chem had a delivery window of 7th-10th March.
6th March - Trade-Chem claimed to have dispatched my goods
11th March - goods now late; courier's website shows that they have not been given the goods. Contacted Trade-Chem. Trade-Chem's reply contained the following claims:
* They had "attempted" to contact me by email. I have no idea if this is true, but how difficult is it to send an email?
* They had to cancel my order. (They would not have been able to do this if they had, as they pretended, already dispatched it)
* That they "have refunded everyone". I still have not had my payment refunded.

Had Trade-Chem been honest and contacted me immediately to inform me that they had fouled up and my goods were unavailable/out of stock, I could have accepted this. Instead, they:
* Pretended to have dispatched it when they hadn't
* Did not tell me that they had not sent it until I contacted them after it didn't arrive when they said it would
* Pretended to have refunded payment when they haven't

In my opinion, this is quite simply unacceptable.

Failed miserably on the next day delivery, and also got the order wrong, paid for a 25L with tap, only to receive no tap. The sooner companies like this go out of business, the better!

Great Customer service & great products.

My first order from this company & won't be my last....originally ordered through Amazon, although I will deal direct from now on.
I needed to ask a question regarding their FRESH PET SUPER CONCENTRATED DISINFECTANT , sent a message to them through FB, & was surprised to get an immediate reply especially as it was on a Sunday, found them very helpful & courteous.

I ordered the bubblegum super concentrated disinfectant in the eco friendly refill bottles, arrived very quickly, well packaged & has very pleasant fragrance & a great price.

Will certainly buy more from this company, they do a good quality Salmon oil too among many other things.
