Vraiment très mauvaise expérience client. Impossible de faire un retour produit, il faut attendre la validation du retour "en attente de confirmation".. ne commander par sur site, ou alors il faut avoir de la chance.
Les produits sont plutôt de bonne qualité, dommage !
(Impossible de trouver un magasin pour essayer les chaussures obligé de passer par le site)


Update : ils ont accepté la demande de retour, le retour est à la charge du client (c'est écrit sur le site, de me faute de pas l'avoir vu). L'expérience retour reste tout de même peu intuitive.

Ho recentemente acquistato per mio marito diversi modelli e devo dire che siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. La qualità dei materiali utilizzati è evidente fin dal primo sguardo, e una volta indossate, si nota subito la cura artigianale che le caratterizza.
Le suole sono robuste e offrono un ottimo supporto, il design è impeccabile.
Servizio clienti eccellente e pronto ad intervenire per qualsiasi evenienza! Consiglio vivamente !

Sehr minderwertige Qualität zur extrem hohe Preis für die gebotene Qualität. Was als Leder bezeichnet wird, ist nur billige Kunstleder, die beim laufen unangenehmen Geräusche von sich gibt. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Schuhe sind nicht schön und der Kundendienst nicht vorhanden. Habe über 2 Monate permanent und immer wieder Anfragen müssen, wann ich mein Geld rückerstattet bekomme. Nicht empfehlenswert.

"VORSICHT"

VORSICHT. Rückzahlung für erfolgreich zugestellte Retouren werden nicht getätigt, Kundenservice ignoriert schlicht alle Anfragen bzw. antwortet seit 9 Tagen nicht. Ich werde jetzt mit einem Anwalt eine Klage vorbereiten.

I bought some sneakers that when they arrived were very different from how they appeared on the site: very low quality, hard and uncomfortable shoes, I repacked them 5 minutes after receiving them.

I made the return immediately... but after 20 days I have not yet received any refund and no one responds to my emails. I realized I lost my 150 euros and above all I realized that this site is strategically managed in order to scam people, it even has false positive reviews on a site where it is not possible to write anything.

Don't buy anything from it, it's a true scam site.

"Shady hidden policy, they deliver from outside the UK."

The website charges in GBP, it has a UK customer service number, so I gave it for granted that they were shipping from within the UK.
I wrote an email asking to confirm that they were shipping from within the UK cause I didn't want to pay custom taxes, and I placed my order. After several days I received an email saying that for order to be shipped in the UK I was going to pay the custom tax. Justifing saying that it is written in their website. Maybe it is written, but definitely it is not well specified, it must be some hidden clause in micro text.
Bottom line, the order has been shipped and now I cannot modify it. I will have to receive it, and send it back, wait to be sent back and receive the refund.
This is a very cunning , shady attitude to clients, who are made believe that they are shipping from within the UK.
Never again.
