I like the teapot though thought it would be glass not plastic, I find it doesnt keep the tea hot for long. I do like the gravity pour ability though. I also like the glass tea cup and saucer. The packaging was awesome and even though the delivery guy dropped it onto the chair there was no chance that the product would be damaged with the packaging it was packed in
