"Vapes haven't arrived."

Ordered a couple of cbd vapes about 3 weeks ago, unfortunately they disappeared in the post, signed for on delivery, but not by myself. Obviously this isn't the companies fault, but I'm having to keep chasing for updates 3 weeks later and am £50 quid down currently.
