Excellent service as always… been using this company for ages as the service is always prompt and pleasant. When I want to change my printer they always guide me through the process helping me pick a new printer, then I keep in touch as I order the toners from them too… always reasonable priced and they take the hassle out of the process - highly recommend

A refurbished HP Laserjet printer at a good price (including quick delivery) - and cheaper than a similar supplier. The sales/engineer was extremely helpful by email and phone - far more helpful than anyone selling a new item would be - and gave me full confidence to buy refurbished.
The printer works perfectly and we are very pleased with it.

I bought a refurbished HP9120 A3 scanner which was in clean condition but the software for which just did not work. It will not save any scanned documents.

I informed Refurbished Land within a couple of days of delivery but they were not interested and would not accept the return of the scanner.

"Really bizarre experience"

Really bizarre experience with this company. Ordered a printer on Wednesday, of which the website said there was two in stock. Didn't hear anything about shipment for the rest of the week, so assumed they were busy and would dispatch the following week. On the Monday, I received a full refund. No email explaining what was happening, no apology for the inconvenience of waiting for a printer that would never arrive. Very strange business practices.

"No Communication"

Ordered a ML-5515ND from them.
Stated it was fully refurbished.

When it had arrived, there was toner leaked everywhere inside the printer and the drum was faulty.

Messaged 3 times, and got no replies.

Now need a replacement drum at the cost of £100+.

"Purchased an HP Colour MFP LaserJet …"

Purchased an HP Colour MFP LaserJet Printer CM2320FXI several weeks ago.

The first deviation from what was advertised (fully refurbished) was that there was not feeder tray. I accepted that but there was no corresponding reduction in the price, yet they sell them for £45.00

The second deviation was that the printer had very loud squeaking noises coming from appeared to be a roller when calibrating and after printing.

I wrote to them several times requesting they either confirm how to rectify the noise or take the MFP back. They responded once saying they would contact their technical team, then absolutely no further contact from them.

Apart from the lack of response being poor customer service, this was a sale that likely infringed the Sale of Goods Act. It was not as described and has defects that were not mentioned at any time up to the point of sale.

If a firm delivers a substandard product and then refuses to deal with their customer, by either rectifying the fault or refunding the order, I believe they should be avoided in future and reported to local Trading Standards. Unfortunately, that is what I am now obliged to do.
