"Not good at customer care."

Ordered my bed in Nov. While putting it together we realised the screw holes are in the wrong place to join the 2 pieces together, also a big scrath in the middle of the mirror & a chip in the corner.
They said they would someone out to repair and offered £50 for the mirror damage. This was 2 months ago... im still waiting. I have contacted them many times and get continuously fobbed off to another day. They even asked my bank details to send refund & still nothing. Very disappointing after ordering a super king brave mirror bed. Wouldn't recommend.

Every thing went great thanks. Which I went higher with the head board. The only gripe I would say is the guys didn’t take the rubbish ie plastic covering I had to throw it in the bin other then that fine thank you

Iam so impressed with quality and fast delivery. The after care is brilliant they call to see if everything was OK upon delivery

I was so pleased with the output of this product. I was a bit sceptical to begin given the lack of showroom but I met up with the owner where the beds were manufactured and he was really lovely and completely put me at ease. The bed is stunning and so unique, it's completely my taste... I'll be returning again in the new near for another purchase.
