The driver was there on time and sent a text message to inform us he was there. He was very helpful and took great care of us.

We are arriving in Tilbury by cruise ship from New Zealand in May and needed to book a taxi to take us to Chelmsford to see my wife's family. It was good that this company could book us on line, and give us a fixed price.... we hate it when (as has happened in the past with other companies) companies don't give a fixed price and then when in the cab mysteriously there are unexpected charges. The only down side we had was the slow speed of communication once we had made the booking; but to be fair, probably public holidays in the Xmas New Year period made things more difficult than normal. However, at the time of writing this we have not used the taxi... we are still in NZ! So 'the proof of the pudding' will be when we actually arrive in Tilbury and hopefully find the cab and driver waiting for us!
