Shopping around for retrofit windows and doors for our home I sought out suppliers where quality and customer service were at the top of the priority list. This seems sadly lacking in my part of the country (south Tipp). That all changed when I found Royalheat and the man behind it all, Vytautas. With heat insulation near the top of my list of quality requirements I ordered Clasic ART/salamander windows. The email communications were excellent in terms of speed and quality of information. The work was done by Denis in the same fashion, fast and of high quality with no mess and everything left in good order. One tiny snag was resolved quickly and without fuss.
Finally, and to cap it all, Royalheat were the least expensive of the companies (some of them very big concerns) I spoke to.
If I could give six stars to this company I would.

Very happy with my two crittall style metal doors I ordered from Royal heat, great service, very easy process and very efficient to deal with, always came right back to me whenever I had a query,I simply sent a photo of what I wanted with measurements ,I received email with drawings and fact spec and doors arrived 6 weeks later , Bery happy with them and would definitely recommend This company .
