My involvement with QualDrive Driving School is completely linked to my Granddaughter and her achievement of passing her test with them in August 2024.
Following an expensive and totally disappointing experience with another grossly unprofessional Redditch company, which resulted in a failure of her first test, we were led to Gary by a personal referral by a friend of our Granddaughters who had also passed her test after a change to QualDrive.
What a happy day, when she had her first lesson and some of the basic issues evident from her previous instruction were identified and rectified in a structured learning plan that allowed measurable progression from day one.
As a supervising driver, I too was welcomed and felt fully included and able to focus as directed on specifics that could be practised using her own car between lessons.
In my opinion learning to drive is not just about passing the test, it is a foundation for safe driving for life, on ever more busy and congested roads.
I noticed a growing confidence, self-belief and development of good driving skills immediately she had made the change.
The access to the Total Drive app I found invaluable, as it showed % achievement of required modules, which guided me to practice and support her progress. The app also provided useful resources and references to online training support which helped us both.
The professional and dedicated approach demonstrated by Gary is exemplary. His standards and teaching methods inspire confidence. His determination to give our Granddaughter the confidence and skills required to pass her test are evidenced by the result. He goes above and beyond in all aspects of both driving instruction and in running a successful business.
