As someone who has been working in the FDV sector for the last 17 years (for both 1800respect & Orange door) I am a big supporter of Courses4me and the way they deliver the advanced certificate in domestic and family violence support.
They make it so accessible for anyone who wants to work in the incredibly rewarding sector.
After completing this course myself many years ago my current organisation has gone on to hire multiple students who have also completed this training through Courses4me.
I would encourage anyone who is considering a career as a DV support worker to have a chat with Courses4me.

"SCAM"

I don’t know how this site even stays up. Courses4me is a COMPLETE scam don’t waste your money. There is no certification at all. I was told many times before signing up that it was “nationally credited”
But it’s NOT which they’ve NOW admitted to after me nearly completing the course and asking to see a an example of what the certificate would look like but they were unable to do so. Funny that. They’ve basically just told me im screwed and will continue to keep charging my card and a refund or stopping of payments isn’t an option and they have “no responsibility” of the mislead. Absolutely disgusting to take advantage of young people wanting to better themselves educationally

"Hounding phone calls after 1 enquiry"

I enquired about 1 course. Then after receiving information and realising that course wasn't nationally recognised, I said I wouldn't be enrolling.
Since, I still get calls almost daily and sometimes up to 4 times in one day! I have now asked them to stop contacting me as I'm not interested.
