Tistabene is a significant fraud in the clothing and fashion industry that few could imagine. They sell substandard quality clothes priced at twice as much as they should actually cost. Their support system is another scam; they only provide assistance on Instagram. I wonder how someone who doesn't use Instagram would get their issue addressed. Additionally, their clothes smell like flesh. When I received their clothes, they were stinking so badly that I had to use deodorant to mask the smell. I will soon attach a screenshot of the way they talk on Instagram. They literally have the worst customer care support. They offer 4XL and 5XL sizes, which are no better than 2XL because they don't fit properly. It is a fraudulent technique used by them to lure customers into buying the clothes, and when you return them, you get a coupon or voucher to use later. They don't give you actual money.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TISTABENE. BIGGEST FRAUD IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY. THEY ARE BASED IN JAIPUR, AND THEIR OWNERS, WHO THEMSELVES DON'T WEAR THEIR OWN APPAREL, ARE MR. PRAMOD DARDA AND MR. SIDDHARTH DARDA, FOLLOWED BY TISTABENE'S OFFICIAL ACCOUNT ON INSTAGRAM.

Fraud website I have ordered co ord set but because of colour mismatch I have returned the item but in return I have not received the exchange item and not even money I have ordered the item in September

Hi,

I recently ordered two pairs of cargo pants in size 34 from Tistabene’s website. Unfortunately, they’re a bit small, so I’d like to exchange them for a size 36. I also tried contacting Tistabene’s customer service number but received no response, and I sent an email to their care address with no reply either. This lack of service from Tistabene is disappointing.

I ordered a kurta which had a wrong size and poor quality
I was okay with an exchange because apparently they won’t give your refund and ask you to buy something else from their website
I gave back the order and waited for a month or more where i was continuously trying to reach them for the exchange almost 20+ calls daily with no reply
Sent n number of mails with no reply and aftr a point in a lot of frustration wrote a big mail to them to which they said they have received a wrong product from my side i again tried to contact them through the number on website which they won’t pickup
Then i asked them
Continuously on mail about the wrong delivery which was done by their logistics partner and not me to which i got an answer send us a video that you have sent the right product only then we will investigate and they haven’t responded till now on my mail
Such a bull sh** company with stupid people and policies
Never ever buy from this cheap company
