"beautiful kids' bike"

I bought the everyday bike for my daughter in the teal color. Looks beautiful. I had a local bike shop put it together. When I picked it up the rear rack was uneven. So the seat couldn’t go down as far as it needed to be. So I called customer service and they sent me a new rear rack. I need to go back to the bike shop to have it put on. Which is another fee. So that’s a little frustrating. But it’s a really pretty bike. The handle bars are really far apart. So that took getting some used to as well since my daughter is 10 and small in size

Shipping was fast. Bike was well packaged. It is a really nice bike.

The instructions were too brief. Also, the bike will not go up hills which is very disappointing.

Great bike. Great price point. However, the E-bike assembly instructions leave a little to be desired. The particular model that lacks current instructions and videos is the Pave n Trail women’s 500 watt 7 speed. Could not find any info on the front tire assembly with disc brakes. Also lacked info on the disc brake function and adjustments for rear wheel as well.

"Terrible experience from a mismanaged team"

Terrible experience. They sold us a $1000+ bike in March that was in stock with an estimated delivery date of mid-May. We reached out after we hadn't heard from them by mid-June, only to be told the bike was actually out of stock and had no estimated stock date.

After requesting a refund, they had the gall to ask if we wanted to keep the accessories we'd bought for the bike for a 50% refund, when we don't even have the bike to use them with.

Will not be recommending them to anyone.
