Incredible Experience with Ace Working Holidays in Ibiza! ★★★★★
I spent two months in Ibiza with Ace Working Holidays, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Having always lived in London, I was craving something different and exciting. I decided to work as a party rep and bottle girl in Ibiza, and Ace made the whole process so smooth and easy.
From the start, the team at Ace was incredibly helpful. They gave me clear advice on finding work, budgeting, and adjusting to life in Ibiza, which made me feel confident even before I arrived. I’d never worked abroad before, so I was a bit nervous, but the Ace reps were there every step of the way, guiding me on job hunting and what to expect in terms of work and life on the island.
When I got to Ibiza, Ace had everything sorted for me. They arranged accommodation, which took a lot of stress off, and helped me get familiar with the island. Working in Ibiza’s party scene was everything I’d hoped for—hard work but so rewarding. I met amazing people from all over the world, and being part of such an exciting environment made the job so much fun.
What really stood out was how well-organized Ace was. They made sure we had everything covered, from jobs to fun activities like boat parties and group events where we could connect with other workers. The reps were always available to help with anything, making the whole experience stress-free.
Financially, everything went smoothly too. Ace made sure we got paid on time and gave great budgeting advice, so I could enjoy the island without worrying too much about money.
In the end, my time in Ibiza with Ace was unforgettable. They made balancing work and fun easy, and I came away with incredible memories and new friends. If you’re thinking about working abroad, especially in a vibrant place like Ibiza, I would 100% recommend Ace Working Holidays. They made everything so simple and enjoyable!

"Ace Working Holidays"
Ace Working Holidays – Best Summer Ever!
Spent three months in Mallorca with Ace Working Holidays last summer, and it was honestly unreal! It was my first time working away from home, so I had no clue what to expect, but the reps were sound—helped me find a job, gave me tips on budgeting, and just made everything way easier.
Met so many people in the same boat, and the nights out were next level. If I ever needed advice or just someone to have a laugh with, the reps were always about. If you’re thinking about doing a season but not sure where to start, Ace is 100% the way to go!

"I took this company to court"
I took this company to court. They are not a legitimate company. They do not offer anything they suggest and if you investigate them properly, you will see that they use the same photos for all over Europe.
Please do not part with your money. Look them up on Customs House, the ASA advertising agency found against them for false claims.

"My 17year old daughter applied for £1…"
My 17year old daughter applied for £1 following Ace working holidays messaging her on social media. Having read into the company more, she decided to cancel her application within hours, but couldn't find the link to do this. She emailed them straight away, as the phone number given just gives you email address.
Then they took £59 out of her bank, which was the 'next installment'. This is disgusting considering she only paid £1 to register and is still 17years old. The company were quick enough to message her via social media to discuss the company, but have now gone quiet. I have tried contact them about this as her parent, but still no reply.

"SCAM. PLEASE AVOID."
As an 18 year old girl with a passion for travelling I gained interest in working abroad, I filled in the application form, paid a £1 fee and immediately decided not to go further as I hadn’t discussed this idea with anyone. To stop the process the company forced me to pay £49 “admin fees”. The reason I paid in the first place is because they spammed me on Instagram and WhatsApp as soon as I showed any kind of interest. Completely disgusted and disappointed as I have now lost trust in this process and will not be following my dream.

"SCAM. Avoid at all costs "
My 19year old son filled in the application form, paid a £1. He decided immediately not to go further. To stop the process… the company is saying he now needs to give them £59 “admin fees” and the first instalment for them to stop hounding him. Unbelievable
Reported to Action fraud who agreed this was absolutely not ok
Edit: someone from the company (Joshua) was contact. He tells me that the company is looking to be clearer and raise the deposit to purposefully stop this happening. He tells me the holidays themselves are good. They have cancelled my son’s “debt” to them. Nice guy. Has had this complaint many times already. I asked him if he thought this was ok -and why he was working for a company with so little integrity!

"SCAM ORGANISATION"
SCAM ORGANISATION. I went to Ayia Napa, Cyprus with Ace Working Holidays in August 2024. We paid a €50 deposit and €50 for water and electricity upon arrival. The fridge was broken and the lights did not work. There were 3 beds in the kitchen. There was no extractor fan over the hob, the shower flooded and the toilet didn’t flush, to get a plumber to fix this we, the workers, would have to pay. Insanity. The photos shown online were not anything like the actual apartment. There was a serious problem with men entering the building and trying to enter the rooms as there was no security anywhere, Ace did nothing about this, they never contacted the police, likely because this would draw too much attention to the poor conditions. There was even a group chat made on Snapchat called “NAPA SOS” which was only to be used when a stranger entered the building. Absolute insanity. The reps were not helpful, I asked for the contact info of someone who could help get my money back, they said they would and then started ignoring all of my messages. No one will answer my emails or phone calls. Also, they do not actually get you a job, they say things like “this nightclub has 3 bars so could probably do with bar staff, go there and chat with them”. They do not even contact the owners on your behalf, it is much cheaper to book your own accommodation for the month and secure your own work. If you’re wondering why there are so many good reviews it’s because some people are genuinely okay with being scammed, when a few of us raised concerns about the quality of the rooms we were met with hostility from the other workers who told us we “shouldn’t expect Buckingham Palace”. Keep in mind this is one of the most expensive apartments in Ayia Napa, I spoke to people paying as little as €300 a month for rent whereas Ace were charging €500-1000 a month. I contacted the embassy and local police and was told the only way to secure my money was to take Ace Working Holidays to court and sue them which of course would be costly. I could go on and on. Moral of the story, this is a sham organisation which knowingly and fraudulently misrepresents it’s apartments. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!
