"ZERO STAR EXPERIENCE"

If there was 0 stars would have given one! This is an absolute joke of a company with horrendous customer service. We paid a bomb for a small outlet expecting decent cx service, We do not even need stellar service. Just what a decent human being does to others to help.

And the company's representatives are not trained to handle any situation and are ONLY TRAINED IN PASSING THE BUCK!!!

Started with CHIRAG from Sales who gives false promises and EXTORTS money. And then it is passed on to a clueless person called AVINASH DUVVURI. This person is frankly unfit for this job and not sure which mastermind gave him the job.

HE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCT! HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE FOOD INDUSTRY!

We bought the inventory module by paying a bomb and IT HAS NOT BEEN WORKING SINCE THE FIRST WEEK WE TOOK IT. AND THE SERVICE TEAM JUST PASSES THE BUCK TO EACH OTHER.

I have messaged the founders on LinkedIn as well and and even they are least bothered. NO WONDER THE COMPANY IS AT A PATHETIC STATE IT IS NOW.

I have photos of every conversation with this clueless company. And just when we thought that ATLEAST the POS is working fine, they decide to come in with a mindless update that made even that stop working!!!
