First of all, If your employees can't say their names that's something wrong with your customer service. so from now on, I will call one of them a rude manager lady( RML) and another one a C (stand for a clown, because he was giggling behind the counter all the time while we are trying to have a decent conversation with RML)
That's review not for the company's owner, it is for the future customers.
I will see their owner in a dispute tribunal and get my money back and make them pay for the waste of my time.
My wife purchased the Yezzy slide. She tried them in a shop ( for about 30-40 mins, RML confirmed that) and decide to go ahead. The floor in this shop is concrete with obviously some dust on top of it.< That's important
Once she came home she was really excited and want to try them with her new outfits for our holiday trip. After all, she wasn't really impressed with them and decide to return it.
We have only 1 day off during the week so we came next week (exact 7 days refund policy).
We were nice, chill, and asked for our refund. A few minutes later all sales people were at the front desk and trying to say the condition of them is "worn". As I mentioned earlier she wore them in a shop and at home to check them, that's it. I've tried to explain that to one of them. " I believe you haven't worn them, but they are in "worn" condition right now" Which doesn't make any sense. He just confirmed he sold us worn condition slides. They took our slides and promised to give us a call 3 days max. Guess what, no one has been in touch (over 6 days) so the next day off I need to come in again. At this time it was RML and C greeting us and saying they can't do anything. We can take slides and leave the shop. (The guy at the counter was just standing and giggling all the time, even after I've asked him to stop doing it because that's not funny or he can just leave because I wasn't talking to him)
They sold us the shoes in a "worn" condition by their standards. They blame us for that. We return the shoes in the same condition we originally purchased it from your shop with all tags, boxes, etc.
They have no rights to refuse our refund and thanks NZ consumer guarantee act we are protected from that.
Be aware of the pre-mature shop runners. If you have some trouble with the size, condition of the shoes, or anything like that I can guarantee they won't help you.

"WARNING: gel crease protectors"

The gel crease protectors I ordered was fine but it doesn’t fit in the shoes correctly and when you wear socks and take it off the crease protectors get moved around and have to be re-adjusted and the crease protectors make your shoes smaller and the feeling of the crease protectors aren’t comfortable

Pick up took longer than it said it would on website and staff were rude when I came in to ask about it acted like they weren’t even working and just all catching up in a group as friends
