"Fully paid but Car never turned up!"

Booked a car from Paris apartment to Paris Orly airport 2 weeks before the trip and paid via Paypal. Didn’t get email confirmation so enquired about the booking at the time. They rang me and confirmed that booking is made but still no email confirmation received.

8 am on the day of travel, we were waiting at the apartment, no car turned up nor answering the phone. Tried to get taxi instead and found out all Paris taxi was on strike. We were in absolutely PANIC stage. Without help of our AirBNB host, we could miss our flight and ruined our next part of holiday in Italy. It was most destressing experiance during our holiday.
Contacted Come2Paris numerous times via Whatsapp after the event but no reply or no apologies so far. Luckly we paid through Paypal, otherwise we won't be able to get refund. Still no word of appoligies whatsoever. Totally NOT recommend!
