Thank you Sumit sir and entire CAH team for organising such wonderful trek. I have enjoyed every moment on this trek. I got chance to spend time with sumit sir and CAH family members. Itinerary of entire trek was amazingly planned and very well executed. Because of Sumit sir we got chance to connect with nature in true sense.It was divine, heartfelt , deep as well as adventurous experience. To overcome our fears we did rapling and paragliding.
I have learned lot of things during this trek. Few of them I have mentioned below
-Discipline ,punctuality and complete surrender to process are key to success.

-Sir beautifully explained difference between Dhyan , dharana and samadhi
-Sankalpa se Siddhi.Keep your intentions strong and do it with your full dedication to complete goal.
-Very powerful Ganesh mantra meditation
-Goal planning for next 3 months
-it is said “Alone We Can Do So Little. Together We Can Do So Much” . Truly realised the importance of group energy during entire trek - -Mountain fit body required to climb the mountain .They taught us strength, stamina and stability .
-we learned and discussed about money manifestation ways.
-Initially I was not aware why I was in there but nature taught me to connect , rediscover with myself as it is best place to be in mountain. Nature is our home where we must visit every six month to build and maintain mountain fit body.
-Connecting with each CAH member gives a lot of learning .

My gratitude towards Sumit sir and CAH family for mesmerising trek. I hope this journey continues till end and I am looking forward to join more trek with Sumit Sir.

"experience on 9days navratri fasting"

i was on medicine for 2 years and my body got so weak after that, so i didn't expect i would be able to
complete this 9 days fasting, but it happened because of support and energy i got from the group . apart from losing 4-5kgs during fasting, after completing 9 days fast I'm experiencing some big changes in myself like... 1. all the urge to eat junk food and sugar addiction is gone. 2. earlier i used to feel stressed all the time but now I'm more calm. 3. swelling in my ankles are 90% gone, my feet feels very light. overthinking is gone. in last 2 years first time my mind feels relax. 4.i actually feel happy from inside now. i was very worried about myself, but by just completing 9days of fasting with full dedication i can say that i can achieve all my goals. i feel more confident now.
what was stopping me?
it was my limiting believes that i made in my mind. Sumit sir helped us how we can change our lives with focusing on one goal and take all necessary steps needed.

"This is the first time I am fasting in…"

This is the first time I am fasting in my life. A year back, I tried fruit fasting, but developed headache , so had to quit fasting within 8 hrs. But this Navratri, not even for a single day, did I develop headache. I got de-addicted from caffeine. I no longer need coffee to energise me.5 mins of cosmic breathing is doing the miracle for me

"Sankalp se Siddhi.…"

My association with this precious family called the Cosmic Abundance Hub family and Sumit Upreti Sir began in March 2023 when I enrolled myself for the Navratri fasting course and I was like where is the need for me to attend a course where I have to do the fasting and also pay a fee for it but I enrolled myself all the same out of curiosity. On the very first day itself I became a fan of this great entity and his teachings and by the end of the 9 days I decided that I desired to learn from him and be a member of the CAH family which is a close knit family of pure souls.
To my delight I lost 4 kgs of weight during the Chaitra Navratri, my body pains vanished and I was more focused and very happy.
This Navratri I lost another 4 and half kgs...a great achievement. I was 97 in March and now I am 88kg.lost almost 9 kgs
In my journey with Sumit Sir and Cosmic healing since April I learnt various techniques of healing myself mentally and physically and to my great surprise I realized that I could hear from my left ear which the doctor said had lost 95%hearing ability. Initially I could hear slight whispers and slowly I could hear some sounds and now I can identify what is being said though I have to concentrate a lot. This is the biggest miracle in my life.
Today I think that my ear has recovered 30% but I am very sure that it will recover fully very soon.
Sumit Sir is a total package of yogic practices, meditation, manifestation, spirituality, healing practices and many more and being connected to him is a blessing.
He teaches us to set a goal , visualize it and work sincerely to achieve it. Everything is possible according to him and it is ...
Hats off to this very young gentleman, Guru who is teaching students like me who are almost double his age to live a healthy, happy and a meaningful life.
I am learning to live a life with a new perspective although I am at the threshold of being a senior citizen and I think it is better late than never.
I thank Sumit Sir for helping me to renew my life.

"Cosmic Energy Healing"

I came in contact with Sumit Sir and CAH group energy two months back and I healed a lot at various levels during this journey. I reduced my weight up to 5 kgs and cured my hypertension which I never thought. Thanks to Guru and group energy. My aim is to reduce ten kgs more in 3 months and become mountain fit. I pay my deep gratitude to Universe, guruji and CAH family. Thanks to all.
