Unfortunately though I am very dissatisfied with the service. I specifically emailed requesting to change the date of delivery for my order. I received an email back saying my change of date had been confirmed. However, the delivery still arrived on the initial date.

This was for my nieces first birthday. They were not home that weekend which is why I asked for the delivery to be changed. The balloons were therefore left outside and not received by her till three days later. This did ruin the overall point of the gift. I have gone away for a few months and the point of the order was a suprise for her so we could all call and I could have that moment with her. This was completely ruined by the wrong delivery date.

The balloons were fine and as shown on the website but considering it’s a gifting website, I would expect you to understand the importance of the date items are delivered on. I ordered well in advance and asked for confirmation that me changing the delivery date was fine, which I was told it was. Clearly this wasn’t conveyed.

The company has kindly reached out and resolved all Issues however.

Balloons not delivered on the day they were supposed to arrive so the purchase was completely useless to me.

They refused to even refund me for the delivery, will not use them again

Balloons were exactly as pictured and delivered on time, with no issues once taken out of the box.

Unfortunately the balloons were poorly inflated
Upon arrival one set were already struggling to rise above floor level
Having received your balloons before they stayed buoyant for at least five days but not this time
