Ho dovuto fare i conti con la differenza di fuso orario Dato che vengo dall'Australia, ma ha fatto di tutto per aiutarmi con ogni richiesta. Sono il mio principale fornitore di occhiali da sole firmati di fascia alta. E Felix è stato fantastico.

Ho acquistato on line degli occhiali introvabili ad un prezzo più che interessante, sin dall’inizio ho avuto l’impressione di serietà e professionalità, per come hanno gestito il pre e post ordine.
La spedizione è stata a dir poco veloce, dal momento del pagamento in due gg lavorativi avevo in mano il mio paio di occhiali. Sicuramente tornerò ad acquistare presso questo negozio sia per me che per la mia famiglia e lo consiglierò ad amici.

Ordering from this website has been a horrible experience. I placed an order for a pair of Cartier sunglasses and they refused to ship my order for several weeks. Reaching them was really hard because they wouldn’t respond to emails and there was no phone number on their website.

After getting through to them via WhatsApp( months after my order was placed), they claimed the item was out of stock and agreed to do a refund. It’s been 3 months now and I still haven’t received my money back.

I have been in contact with my bank and no refund has been received. They keep ignoring my messages on WhatsApp when when I ask them for evidence of the refund they claim to have processed. Can somebody help me? Are they a scam?

Please do not order online here - it is a scam!
I ordered sunglasses online via this website recently. In the order confirmation I spotted that the planned delivery date was 2 months from the order date, which I deemed to long. Therefore, I tried to cancel my order. They ignored my emails and whatsapp messages and proceeded to send the glasses to me. Within one day of receiving them I sent them back in the original packaging and paying for the shipping costs. The tracking shows that they have received the glasses but again, no one will respond or transfer the money back to me.

Ordered a pair of Jacques Marie Mage for $1000. Order was accepted and then cancelled 2 days later. Issues with refund. Would never order online from this company again. No response to my emails from owner.

"Unreliable"

Extremely slow customer service. Ordered a pair of sunglasses, was told after weeks they are not available, e-mailed asking for a refund - no reply. Tried to contact them several times through e-mail and instagram and finally got their attention after posting a bad review here. They said they had marked my order as shipped instead of refunding it by mistake (?). Got my refund now, but had to waste so much time to get it.
