The web based enquiry form was straightforward if rather lengthy … including pics … But I understand that they need to remotely assess suitability so that the engineer knows what they are going to find when they arrive !
Booking in process was good .
Engineer John rang ahead and arrived on time ! He discussed where it was to be located and got on with the job !
I saw that it would be useful to load the Ohme App in advance of the engineer finishing the job so I did as much as I could until he showed me that it was working and I zapped the QR code and continued with the App setup after he had gone !
