"No certificate after completing the course"

I bought a PMP Course for preparing for PMP Exam.
The course by itself was quite good and I completed it in some weeks.
Despite my original plans I could only complete the exam preparation around 6 months after completing the course.
Once I applied for the PMP Exam on PMI website I realized (as I my application was audited) I needed the actual 35 PDU course certificate.
I sent several email to Tromenz team but no answers at all.
So, as a result, just paid for the course (which, of course, included the certificate at the end) but with no proof of it.
I highly recommend you to choose other providers if you want to avoid the same situation.
