Used Pallet2ship for the first time to send a pallet of goods to NI. Collected on the day advised and at a sensible time. Delivery was also very efficient and arrived a day quicker than we had antcipated. Due to the world we live in there seemed like a lot of paperwork and schemes we needed to be part of or sign up to which we haven't had to do when sending a parcels to NI. However overall would certainly use them again if the occasion arises.

Very unprofessional bunch of rude people, very hard to deal with. Feeling like talking to the brick wall when chatting with the office etc. They only look to get your money, loads of hidden fees, charge you half of your money when they cancel your order. In general, to save yourself the stress and loss of money, I'd not recommend their service and look for business elsewhere. 2 weeks now, and I'm still awaiting my refund and invoice for the money they charged me for nothing. Joke of the company...
