Absolutely had my best interest at heart. They notified me immediately when they realized my shipping address was different from my billing address. Although it was going to my son im glad they notified me for fear of fraud

On 11/30 I got a message that my item was ready for shipment. On 12/11 when it should have been delivered, I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they didn't have one to ship me. WTH? Now I am going to have to pay extra to get the item by Christmas. I called to find out what happened and see if there was anything we can work out and the message on their system said they were closed at 4:35 PM EST. WTH? I gues they don't want to help customers.
