The sizing guide for the football pads I ordered was not accurate. I purchased size small for my son after measuring and following size guide. They were too small! The only way to make the exchange was to ship the product back at my expense and re-order another product. This does not seem to be a good business practice in my opinion and doesn’t put the needs of the customer in perspective. Yes, you do offer “free” returns as you mention but they aren’t really free or easy. Snd your size chart should be accurate.

Ordered a helmet paid for expedited shipping, was expecting it 2 days later
Come to find out it’s a 2022 model and in CA it would need to be recondition
So practice starts tomorrow and I don’t have a helmet for my son
No email was sent no call and no cares
I will never buy anything from sports unlimited again
