Ordered an item paid for Xpress shipping. Had to have item by Thursday but somehow package got delayed either by shipping late or FedEx issue so called to see if I can get another one shipped and they did not want to. They kept saying let’s see if the first one shows up, they eventually agreed, and I got my item on Sunday, the original package still is delayed two weeks later and still have not received. Only after begging, was able to get what I paid but way late.

As an overseas buyer, I'm always hesitant to purchase abroad, but even with me screwing up the shipping address, and them confirming the change to the correct, it put me at ease. Shipping got to me early 👍, and it was everything I paid for, only downside was the shipping cost, as I got charged for shipping every item, even though it came in the same box. Overall, will definitely recommend to future team mates buying overseas
