"Horrific"

Horrific. Complete scammers. Anyone else getting cease and desist letters for their logo about 4-5 months after completion? Has anyone actually been sued by them?

I have been threatened same as all of you .I never used the logo and yet told if I didn't pay i would be in court with up to 75,000 in infringement fines.I have cancer and no longer have the business. Ended up paying money I couldn't even afford to pay .now I know it was all a scam please stay away from paramount logos they should be shut down and I contacted BBB and they told me they are scammers.

Absolutely terrible experience. Definitely would not trust this company to create your new website.

Horrible communications, awful website work and incapable customer service made Paramount Logos a nightmare to work with.

The team I was working with for nearly two months, gave the impression of not being interested at all. They seem to want to just stick with the initial template they provided without personalizing the site to my needs in any way. Any ideas to make the site match my vision and needs was met with a single response of ‘’Noted” without actually performing any changes. And that is all after waiting a week for each individual response by email or phone on anything I asked about! Talking to someone over the phone was no fun either. Even asking for a refund is becoming an ordeal. They have a great initial meeting to wheel you in and make many promises, but once they get you to sign, it goes bad from there really fast.

I have finally given up and will look to go elsewhere. A complete waste of my time and as of now money. A Zero star review is what I would offer.

Absolutely, do not trust Paramount Logos for your web creations needs.

This company is a joke. We paid them for a logo that wasn’t creative or anywhere close to what we wanted. They were just awful. We asked for a refund after months of trying to send them our ideas. Nope. They weren’t having it. Fast forward six months later, I get a nasty text saying they were suing me for using their logo because another company wants to use my company name and logo. I’ve had my company name for about seven years and ended up creating my own logo using an app. What a joke! DO.NOT.USE.THIS.COMPANY! SCAM ALERT!!!!!

This company is fictious nothing but a scam! I am in the process of bringing a class action lawsuit against them and I'm having no problem finding other complaint ant's. Do not even give them $1.00, you will regret it. When you get the certificate of authenticity you will notice the logo does not include the registered trademark. STAY AWAY Find a local company you can work face to face with!!!

BIGGEST SCAM IN THE WORLD!!!!!!! Stay away!! Do not click any links for payment or answer the phone if they call. Dude said his name was “Jason Wallace”, head of design team… ended up sounding like Akbar, instead of Jason. They got me for $500 and tried to get a lot more. The designs for logo are totally AI generated and generic!!! This is absolutely a scam company. I am having to dispute the charges at my bank…

So after being called “petty” and harassed via text/email for a while, they have finally refunded my money. I’m not sure if it was bc they wanted me to take down this review or if it was bc I opened up a dispute case at my bank…. But my money has been refunded. I still think they are a scam and the logos they made were certainly A.I. generated on Chat GPT. Use at your own risk.

Scammers Stay Away. All the other good reviews are before they start using scare tactics for you to send them more money bc you used the logo or because you didn’t copyright with them ect. They are not a legit company by any means. STAY AWAY
