Sarah at QFlyer spent today rescheduling my Oz-Europe flights booked for Easter, to later in the year. Degree of difficulty 750%. QFlyer were very helpful and efficient in dealing with my complex travel requirements. I probably would give a 5 star rating, but on this occasion, the service was a bit slow because of the pressure caused by the Qantas Double Status Credits offer that prompted so many people to make bookings. However, QFlyerkept me well informed of the delays and in the end, everything worked out.
This was my first time using QFlyer and I would definitely use them again.
