I went mad to apply the black Friday discount on my purchase. Initially chatting with you, they told me it will automatically apply after placing the order (odd). Then when contacting you again, they told me that product was not included in the promotion. Although your marketing email was not mentioning the sale was on selected items only.
Then, when I tried to pay online with credit card it didn't work and I had to select cash on delivery.
Then, delivery guy went to the wrong place and it took him like 2 hours to reach the right building.
Poor experience.

The delivery of my order was very punctual, but I didn't receive any email confirmation after placing my order which was confusing and a concern considering I had paid in full. There was also no way of tracing my order via the website. I had to message directly via WhatsApp with a very swift response which was good.
