I really appreciated that I could call the phone number on the reorder form that came with previous checks, talk to an actual person, that person was able to see my previous order based on the order number also on that form, and he could see that the previous order lasted us 2 years and not try to talk me into a larger order. It was exactly what I hoped for but don't usually experience elsewhere.

all my info was correct, it took a couple weeks to get the checks. I'm really disappointed in the quality of the graphics--looks cheap. I will probably try to return for a better quality picture. I'd be embarrassed to use these checks. Will see what they say about changing my graphics quality.
