The 2 screwdrivers were sent within a couple of days of placing the order.
The biggest issue is they are not with me, as Fedex keep saying that the items are out for delivery. The advised time of delivery then gets pushed back.
Now for the 3rd time they have told me it will be with me by the end if the day.
In hindsight, I wish that I bought these items locally, face 2 face, as it's getting frustrating now.
The biggest frustration is Fedex, who gave me delivery times. I stayed in as I live in a location that doesn't give me confidence, if a package is left in sight. Delivery times were constantly pushed back, then re rescheduled fir the next day. This kept happening tine and time again. Even the fedex operative apologised fir the delays. So let me re iterate, my gripe is not with the supplier, but with Fedex, which of course, is out of the hands of the supplier. I have them now.

i have placed a 700£ order on monday 21:23 all items show in stock and suppose to be delivered from 2-4 working days, it past a full week now and i dont have any information on my order ...i have tried severeal times to contact them by email no answer....i have phoned them they come up with an excuse tht item coming from paslode main company and all we have to do is wait.
They let my company down and disapointed everyone , my clients,my employes and etc.
We had the work booked and the tool wasn't delivered on time , i hade booked it with two days extra just in case but still no news on my item.
PLEASE EVERYONE AVOID THIS SCAMMERS
If you look now on their web site the item i wait more than a week tits showing in stock and will be delivered in 2-4 days. very disapointing , they will pay for that i will get to the people that will help me and the HQ wont be happy.
