"I hired SearchBerg to speed up the load time of my website"

I hired SearchBerg to speed up the mobile version of my website. They made grand promises of speeds into the 90s (out of 100). Before they started I had mobile speed of 67 and desktop speed of 97 per Google's PageInsight Speeds page which they recommended as the go to source. When they finished 3 weeks later my mobile speed is 43 and my desktop speed is 35 (I just checked). I've hired someone else to fix their major screw-up. Not to mention 75% of my ecommerce traffic comes from my mobile version website - Who knows how may sales I've lost because of the slow load speed and the incomprehensible looks of the homepage during the 5 weeks that they were doing their so called "work". Very disappointed.

"Be wary"

Be wary. The website claims that they will increase your rankings in 30 days "or your money back". I signed up with them and was blown away with how little they seem to do. They write little blurbs to post to your Google business profile, and not much else that I can tell. There are probably MUCH better options out there the Searchberg

I have a site which sells add-ins for Microsoft Office and I needed to promote it with SEO and add a blog to generate the relevant traffic to my site. I found them on Google when looking for an SEO company and they ranked as #1, so I thought if that's their rank, then they must be doing something right. I reached out to them and was later contacted by Austin who explained to me everything. What really caught my attention was the fact he provided me with an extensive list of search terms we could be targeting in order to generate the relevant traffic and this was really impressive after going through it . I must also praise Nikita and Kyle who I've been closely working with - They have both been attentive to my requests and Nikita has always been reachable via email all the time as this is my preferred method of communication. Traffic has also been growing but please keep in mind - SEO is a journey and you need to give it some time to really start flourishing. Bottom line - Highly recommended!
