"I wish there was a no star rating"

I wish there was a no star rating, they don't deserve even one. The worst property management company in Winnipeg. They might be attentive when they first take over the property or when you first move in a property they manage because they have to impress the OWNER's. But good luck reaching anyone any time after.
They don't answer emails or phone calls. But if they do manage to help you out by fixing something you begged to have fixed, check your email, they're in there begging you for that 5 star rating in google about how good they are. Please check out all of their google reviews, they can't take any bad reviews. I left just a one star with nothing else and he denied that I am a tenant in his property. That happens in many of the reviews on google "I have no record of you being a tenant".
Let me set the record straight. They took 2X's the rent from a senior and wouldn't answer emails and calls for days while I was having to pay NFS charges for other payments before money was returned to me.
Spring came early (2024) and so did the heat, our suites are tiny boxes that heat up like ovens once the sun is out(flat roof). I emailed to have our AC units installed in windows early May. They didn't put in our air conditioners until late May and made a tenant with lung cancer pay to have his installed because he was melting in his tiny suite. They didn't have time to do the12 other AC units, total time 15 minutes. they just put it there and close the window walk away. No taping so rain doesn't get in. I made them accountable by calling the OWNER when I got no response from them and he didn't like that.
We once had a nice grassy area, they have cut the grass no more than four time this summer now Oct 2024. We now have rodent problems so don't even think about sitting out side or playing our lawn games. I have been a tenant in this same property since 2020 long before they were given management of the property. They're judgemental and incompetent.
