Hi there I was following Yesterday webinar on R&D tax Credit and I asked earlier on the webinar 2 questions that haven't been considered at all. The webinar was good and informative and I realise that you are trying to gain business from the activity.

Question were in a collaborative project the activity to consider are those delivered by the tax relief claimant. What about the Technical uncertainties and advancement in knowledge? Can they (and they will be) linked to the overall project?

If we received a UK grant that will be state aid can we still claim under Large company scheme (for the all value of the activities considered?) If we recived an EU grant non state aid can we still claim under SME scheme?
