Order was slower than expected partially to covid 19 but also because they didn't have enough stock in. Although not told this but when it did it arrive the delivery went smoothly.

Ordered items online, postage said 1-5 days, expected some delay due to Covid-19, after 2 weeks i called and there must have been an issue in their system, they were very quick to put it right and delivered my items that afternoon. I think the online shopping is run by a third party so wasn't really h&b's fault.
