"Poor service and products"

We bought some football bedding for our son. It was black and after 1 wash it turned pale with white lines through them. We have attempted to contact customer service but it is like pulling teeth.
Not happy and would not recommend!!

The plush i was looking for i have recieved.
The shipping from the UK to The Netherlands was in just 4 days.
Paypal in euro works fine for the payment from The Netherlands to the company in the UK.
I have no complaints.
