I found Carzu via Money Saving Expert. Michelle responded promptly to my chat request, leading to correspondence initially by e-mail and then over the phone. She was extremely patient with my numerous questions and explaining the PCH process - this was our first time buying a car using it. I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough and she was backed up by her colleagues too. If its important to you that you are treated like a real person, not just a number, ask for Michelle. She tells you what she will do and by when (eg obtain further information from leasing company regarding my queries) - and then does it without further prompting! You'd think it's not difficult to find a proactive customer service professional like that in 2019 but that's not been my experience (across many fields). Thank you Michelle, we look forward to driving our new car! :-)

Got great deal with them initially but when the time drew nearer to the completion it turned out it’s not so optimistic as the original one. Got a bit disappointed however decided to still go ahead with it as there was no dealer who could come even near to the quote they offered. As the price is stripped to bare minimum expect to get car also stripped to bare minimum. Mine came even without floor mats!
