"Avoid"

Very slow to respond. No way to leave a phone message. Sent an EPC assessor who took nearly a week to prepare the report - which contained errors including a major one which compromised the application for a government grant that I needed the EPC for. Took 6 days to get an updated EPC and 3 more days before anyone bothered to tell me it was done, by which time I'd already paid someone else to do it properly. Wished I'd just gone straight to the government's EPD assessor website in the first place.
