Please, please do not place an order through this company. The whole experience from start to finish has been extremely painful.
Placed order through a third party who were equally terrible (SNH Tradecentre). After three weeks of delays, claimed order had been delivered, they were most certain and we have just lost it. When I informed them I had checked the CCTV, they decided palletline had lost it. Promised a delivery tomorrow (for the third time) but cancelled instead to place an order for next day delivery elsewhere.
Yes, they are 15% cheaper than others. It is resolutely not worth the grief, attitude and terrible customer service.

Totally awful. Ordered via third party supplier and no updates re order and no delivery. Contacted the supplier and given delivery date - nothing arrived. Contacted supplier again and promised delivery/- only half order arrived. Gave up and ordered elsewhere with other supplier - everything delivevered. Avoid

"Extremely poor and unprofessional…"
Extremely poor and unprofessional company. I will not be using again and telling all my associates in the trade the same. I have been waiting over 3weeks for a small part costing £40 & £10 delivery and still nothing after trying to call them time and time again but no answer then when you do get through you get told oh not sure why it's taking so long I will let a manger know and get it sent out next day then you guessed it nothing happens. Avoid avoid avoid!

What a crap company they lie time after time and are so disorganized they can't arrange anything. Orders do not get shipped, they tell you constantly, yes its been dispatched then after the third phone call they tell you no its still sitting here. The phone lines are diabolical. Your call is either rejected straight away or it rings several times before you are told can't be answered and call back later. This company is just total trouble stay well clear

"Absolutely shocking experience"
Absolutely shocking experience. Spent several hundred pounds and took 2 sizes of pipe as wasn’t sure which would fit but was assured by the member of staff we could bring back within 90 days((1st mis information)
We returned the items yesterday but were told over the phone whilst in the yard we were out of the return period, we asked to speak to a more senior person who appeared in the yard who rudely told us point blank there was “no chance’ of a refund, no apology, compared the return process to Tesco returns saying Tesco wouldn’t accept returns after 1 month and neither do we. His attitude was obnoxious , I was quite taken aback. My partner explained that the member of staff had said 90 days, he said he would of never of said this. The debate got a little heated and with it ordered us off the yard. I have never experienced anything like this unprofessional attitude from a senior member of staff at one point I was actually frightened at his aggressive manner and thought he was going to attack my partner.

Shocking. Ordered a Kamado accessory in April from mi-fires. Constantly lied to. Eventually given a guaranteed delivery date with shipping dates and everything quoted. Nothing received. When I called I was told another 5 weeks. It’s now August. DO NOT USE
