Since I started to work with Vic, I have gone from dreading expanding my business, feeling weighed down and tired from even thinking about it, to being full of excitement and anticipation at what I can achieve and share. They did a deep dive into my why, my existing clients and my future target audience. This process alone was amazing. I only really knew who I should be targeting once I completed this with Vicky. This was one of the biggest benefits of working with Touchpoints. If you don’t know exactly who your target audience is, I would strongly advise you do this with Vicky first.

After this we made a start, from redesigning the brand, the logo, the website and finally the marketing. Kate is great on the marketing side and really thinks outside the box on how to bring in new clients.

Victoria is great to deal with and has a calm demeanor about her. I was struggling with a new programme that I had spent a lot of time and effort developing but just wasn't selling. After a discussion of fewer than 30 minutes, she was able to come up with new ideas and solutions that I had not even considered. What I also liked about these new ideas is that they were not complicated to put into practice and I could clearly see how they could impact my business in a positive way.
