Once again i contacted daryl today with a issue i had he agree to call over the phone to try to fix my issue which was a product key for windows. He kindly said he would send it through to me and once j get this i can activate windows. Nothing is any trouble to this guy and i have a very happy grandson with the pc built by spechtech gaming.

Daryl worked Christmas eve to get it finished after one of the componets proved faulty and needed replacing. He searched with others to get the part, replaced it and tested it. He could have put it off for a few days but was determined to finish the job. Professional.
