The final product was absolutely beautiful! The shipping was really quick too. I ordered on a Tuesday and received it on Friday. Great job! Very satisfied. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Final updated review: Great customer service. My crystal was remade with the background and shipped to me in the most expedient manner - within 1 business day after it was made. All in all, I plan on purchasing more crystals from them for my other photos.


An update to my previous review - which was inaccurate - because I did receive responses albeit in my bulk email inbox. The representative also offered to remake my crystal based on the fact that the background image was not included. Great customer service thus far. I will update my "stars" upon receipt of the remake - crossing my fingers.
