My personal experience was horrible. The team at Elizabeth in New Jersey hurt my gift. They lost a costumer, but the saddest thing was that the solution they gave to their mistakes was that I will pay for another crystal whit some % of without the mistake. They told me they could not guarantee the work because that was art, and a thousand excuses. I am very sad 😔I really lost my money.
