When I first received my crystal, I wasn't completely satisfied because the image didn't "pop" like I was expecting. But the people at 3D Innovation made it right and sent me a LED base for the crystal and now the image really pops.

I am simple amazed. The picture I uploaded was not centered or anything. They did all the work of cropping, rotating, and removing the background. It is a picture of my wife and grandson and she is going to be so thrilled that it will cancel out at least 5 stupid things I've done over the past year! I think that says it all!!!
