The supplier just called and offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. Atleast some saving grace.

This was a great company to buy from.
They had a good range of products and the sizes I needed in various materials - I was looking for galvanised box section to repair a boat trailer.
All pieces were cut to my custom lengths and were good value for money.
I had visited other metal sites too but found KI to be the best that I looked at.
My only complaint is that I made a query via the website chat regarding my order and it didn't get followed up on. I'm sure this was a one off and If I'd chased I would have got a response.
