I wanted to write a review to thank Dea and her team in particular for always going above and beyond to provide exactly what is needed. I work with EasyTranslate a lot and they are always super quick and efficient.

"Nice packaging, abysmal service"
I've done a few translations for Easy Translate as a freelance translator in 2019 and 2020. To this day I have received payment for ONE, amounting roughly to 10% of the amount due, and it took several emails. After noticing the missing payments from PREVIOUS YEAR, I've been trying to resolve this since Februrary. Response time is shoking. It takes days to receive an answer, sometimes there's no answer at all, and if there is, it amounts to nothing, just empty assurances. After my inquiry I was informed on both April 23 and May 25, that the payment has been made that day, of course it still hasn't come. No bank transfer in European Union would take that long if the payment was actually made. By the way, if it was made on April 23, as I was informed, why was it neccessary to "make" it again on May 25, huh? So at this point I've been lied to by an Easy Translate employee at least twice. My last request to get at least a bank confirmation for the payment via email has been met with absolute silence.
I see that my case is not an exception and it will be met by a legal action.
So if you're a translator - keep away, if you don't want to work for free. If you're considering hiring Easy Translate, just know that it is a unrealiable, deceitful contractor.
Edit: 5 days after publishing the review, I finally received the payment. No response from EasyTranslate to my email at that point, but hey, count your blessings.
2nd Edit: EasyTranslate wrote: "We really tried reaching out to you, just after you placed your review here on trustpilot, both via e-mail and phone. But we never heard back from you". I may have not answered my phone, but you certainly got my e-mail and between publishing the review and receiving the payment I have got zero mails regarding the matter. In the meantime, your e-mails offering new translation tasks arrived perfectly well, so obviously EasyTranslate CAN reach me when the need arises. This kind of remark, which I've seen in response to other negative reviews too, looks like an attempt to shift the blame and make us, translators, look unreliable, as if problems with payments were somehow our fault, which they aren't.

I needed to get 3 different translations done within 24 hours and they even delivered the content before the set deadline. My proofreaders had no remarks at all when performing Q/C on the texts after receiving them and furthermore were they impressed by the correct tone of voice and words chosen to make the message come across spot on.
I can definitely recommend EasyTranslate to everyone with the need to get quality content translated with a multi-lingual pen and fast delivery.

"Good in all aspects"
Good in all aspects. Quality, speed, flexibility all for one of the better prices out there.
Worked on a translation in 28 languages with a lot of internet/online specific terminology that had been royally messed up (translated very literally) by other translators before. Text will be used in the adtech/data sector in a consumer facing tool informing about privacy, by a silicon valley based, 1000+ employees tech company and therefore had to be of very high quality. Providing a context document and just having a conversation with their account manager/advisor Rik made sure that translations were put very well into necessary context.
Project was delivered within a matter of days each time and they were very helpful in making some adjustments in the indicated languages after the project had already been confirmed. Scanning for some imperfections, each doubt that we had was taken away by their translators being able to thoroughly explain why it had to be the way they had translated it within the context we required.
Out of 4 quotes that I got, EasyTranslate had by far the best price and I doubt that any of the others would have been able to deliver with the quality and the speed that they did.
Major shoutout to Rik for his help, patience and quick turnarounds.

"At the beginning as a translator"
At the beginning as a translator I thought that this company is great and easy to work for but today, after 7 months, I got tired of delayed payments. The first two or three payments came on time, but the next one had to be asked after several times.
The same situation happened again, the payment was almost two weeks late and this time with no response, so I wrote here to speed up the process, as recommended by the other employees with the same experience. I hope the reason to the delay was only an error with the system or just a simple mistake.
However, I've been paid correctly in the end and the projects and co-workers have been great so altogether I'd give 3/5.
