Very personal, friendly and prompt customer service. I had bought the wrong size as a Christmas gift and the shoes had to be picked up which was organised by Miret free of charge for first time customers (I live outside Croatia, no problem at all). I am waiting for the new shoes to arrive but have no doubt after everything else worked so wonderfully. Also, quality and style of the shoes are great and the person I gifted them to is already considering buying more Miret shoes, so I know I chose well which makes me happy. Thank you.

Christmas was saved! There are not many companies you can order with online 3 days before Christmas and have a beautifully packaged gift for my wife ready to put under the tree in time for Santa.
